PM, AVNT legal team has revealed that ArcCell is still in use even though they don't sell it now. CDN will demand a list of customers using it. Apollo isn't in use yet but CDN is demanding that it not be released because it is tainted also. Aquarius is just another name for ArcCell and the Judge was corrected on appeal the last time he ruled because he considered economic factors in addition to larceny. Enough evidence has been presented to enjoin Aquarius tomorrow but it is up to the judge and he may take a couple of weeks. I would rather it happen in January to put off the gains to 98. If he doesn't enjoin it then its a quick trip to the appeals court and another direction to enjoin Aquarius. I don't see a big move up if he doesn't enjoin Aquarius because its unlikely AVNT can survive anyway based on the recent monitary awards from the old lawsuit and the future awards to CDN and the banning of ArcCell. Also, the business is deteriorating and they only way to raise cash is with a secondary and who would buy it? With ArcCell banned and still in use the customers using it probably won't update to Aq even if its available and would look to CDN for their product. ArcCell is still in use because Aq isn't really a different program, just a name change. I don't think the stock has collapsed yet, still a ways to go. The positive action today is short covering before the hearing to lock in the profits of week holders. Coz
