If this information about a private placement at 6 is accurate I feel it is a very positive step. I would, however, like to hear it from the horse's mouth (Kim, are you listening?). Had I not become a shareholder a long time ago, I would also be waiting for the actual certification of numbers from Ledoux. Any points I lost waiting for official confirmation would be long forgotten when the stock price began to soar. On the other hand, if the news is not good, I would pay a far heavier price from the downward movement that would surely result. I, for one, am liking what I see lately. I think certified numbers will be in hand within 30 days and the pilot plant will, hopefully, prove the process to be economically viable as opposed to scientifically viable. Boy, it makes a big difference to get out of bed on the right side. I know I have been wavering over the past few weeks (Henry, you were right to call me on it). But I am back in the fold now--especially if this private placement info is correct.
