I don't know what your problem is. I made several disclaimers in my email.

I said (or words to the effect):

1) Penny stocks are all a scam (but that doesn't mean you can't make money on them).

2) Penny stocks shouldn't be held for the long term. You should take profits when you can get them

3) I had a position so obviously it was in my best interest for you and others to buy some.

4) No guarantees, I just thought it looked like an interesting story and it had possibilities.

The stock hit 75 cents after I sent the emails out and was trading in the low to mid 60 cent range when I sent it.
