Is Jan 1, 2015 next year?????It is effective now for employers with 100 or more employees, but for those with 50 or more it is extended to 2016..Idiot?? Your link said Jan 1 2014. That would have employee's getting insurance last year. So they would pay the penalty this year if they did not. So now they have till December 31 and most will wait till the last minute. So my son and many many others will not be on Obama till next year. Got it?
