Excuse me, but Netscape's not the one bringing legal action against Microsoft, the DOJ is. Netscape is the one being crushed by Microsoft here, remember.

I for one don't like the government deciding what the buyers should be
deciding for themselves


And I don't like one huge company dictating what I should be getting on my system.

have serveral friends that have taken Netscape off their systems.


At least they could. with IE, it is one way. You can't remove it completely. And I as a user, absolutely do not want that. I want the choice to be able to install/remove apps whenever I want. I do not expect any software to change my operating system permanently, unless it is an operating system upgrade, which IE is not.
