She is using the privacy excuse of "personal emails" to maintain the server is private. In other words only she will be the arbiter of what is official email and private. As her emails have been subpoenaed in the past with no response, many believe there are documents that belong to "the people " as a historic record that are being suppressed. The emails she had printed and turned over have gaps of up to two months. Holder is remiss in not taking the server and having it forensically examined.

Btw, what is the issue with emailing a spouse in private emails???? No problem at all in most cases, unless some arrogant jagoff lies and denies that it ever happened. You wouldn't know such an asswipe, would you? Ask your friend in the mirror.
