You're nuts.

What Clinton did was far more outrageous -- it was intentional disregard where the biggest of the allegations on the Bush server was that it looks as someone accidentally used the wrong email address..

Hillary Clinton's actions put the country in danger and intentionally violated the spirit of the regulations as well as the letter of the law.

She knew she was supposed to keep her correspondence yet she didn't. Specifically, any email sent to a non "state.gov" address is gone or potentially gone or hidden behind her lawyers. And they knew it.
