Hillary Clinton's actions put the country in danger and intentionally violated the spirit of the regulations as well as the letter of the law. She knew she was supposed to keep her correspondence yet she didn't. Specifically, any email sent to a non "state.gov" address is gone or potentially gone or hidden behind her lawyers. And they knew it.
