No, that is what Obama and the Dems have been doing by refusing to accept the Republican Party ideas when they were in a minority and steadfastly refusing to accept the Republicans participation after they became the majority in both Houses of Congress.

Although Obama insisted that elections have consequences, he ignores the constitution and wants everything his way. If Obama doesn't get his way, republicans are either racist, obstructionists or both. As the situation stands today Obama is the obstructionist.
