Doug -- Off topic(Korea election)
The results are obvious. Over 50% of vote counted and government candidate is losing by 2%(40-38%). Korea news predicts that opposition will win by 2-4%. The third candidate syphoned off significant votes from the government candidate on key provinces.
This is last thing thing Korean business wanted: totally unknown leader in time of crisis. Let's hope he does not become another Cory
Aquino of Philippines.

As far as Taiwan boasting spending to take advantage of the situation. No doubt. How fast would they react? Don't know. In six months, the stock will be higher. End of this month, who know??
I am just informing the bull to be cautious in this trying time. I did not pay much attention to Korea development last three weeks and end up with much smaller portfolio.
