Bob,

PKC is not getting affected by the tax loss selling too much IMO since it is not down that much from where it was for most of the year.

I feel that the biggest reason PKC has cooled off is their financings. Once the last piece is announced the stock will wake up again. The biggest PKC fans are out of the market these days because they are buying all they want in the private offering.
