I can understand getting rid of stuff you're not required to have. We do it all the time. But these people aren't amateurs; this isn't her trip with government ethical situations.

But the reality is there was no reason for that server to exist, at all, except that she wanted to be able to delete those documents she didn't want in public hands. It is that simple, really. There is no other explanation for it.

I think the eight years of Obama's obfuscation will have been enough that I don't want to see the country head into another presidency like that.

For the record, I do question why the NYT brought this up. It appears to me that it could be the first step in the Times trying to put Elizabeth Warren into office.
