Sh,

After speaking to IR last week, my understanding on the company's
cash situation was like this: 1.2 million in the bank, but roughly
$ 600,000 of the 1.2 million going towards the much discussed mining
equipment that is expected to arrive in the early spring. I think
someone mentioned a 50% down & 50% on delivery pay plan for the
equipment, so If my math is correct they could have just under 1 million
dollars available ($ 900,000). Also, I think this question was asked
on the thread before, but I don't remember seeing an answer. How many
shares are there outstanding and how many of those are float ? Just
curious...

Thanks,

Jim
