If you live outside of the West coast, I can understand why you might not get too worked up but for us here, its a big deal. Not sure why this concept is so difficult I live in Tucson ..when the Colorado peters out there is no plan B..move or die... You guys have options, they simply cost money That's just it.........Tucson and Phoenix and Las Vegas should never have been built. When history looks back at the 20th century, they will wonder what were we thinking.
