How idiotic was that? It's not as if it saves them any money, since the Feds pay for it.! AS you can see, the right wingnut governors have blame-shifted to Obama and Obamacare.

That's a rather stupid comment given that hospitals lose money on every Medicaid patient they see.

Also, it isn't correct. AR not only took the money it increased Medicaid fees and has still lost hospitals. Any hospital in a prevalently Medicaid area is going to suffer. ACA made the problem worse.
