Gosh, both are expensive! I needed a crown with a buildup and it cost around $1500. An excellent job, too.

The worst I have heard of was from the Mid-east and making his money by treating Medicare patients. A long story; however he spent a year in prison and had his license taken away-------when fraud was discovered. He's probably practicing now in Chicago. I once saw a cartoon "Beware of bargains in brain surgery, parachutes, and dental work". I'm sure some dentist made that one up! :--) We have a good friend who just had extensive work done in Mexico at one third the price that it would cost here.
