Peter, HOT took off today. AGT was up also. I bought AGT at 25-3/4 and am upset that I didn't buy more under 25 when I saw the panic selloff, but I'm out of town for a few weeks, so I don't mind not watching the rollercoaster that looks like it has more downside. I think AGT is dirt cheap and will trade at 29 minimum a year from now if they have $2.90 FFO, unless a recession is apparent. If the Asian problems cause problems here, Greenspan may have to lower rates in 6-12 months which would help most REIT's. It may trade below 25, but I will be surprised if it does so for long.
