Joe, why should having to split 20% of nothing with someone else cause the stock price to go down?

I think this is orchestrated to allow for the year allocation of stock options to the two primary managers (as well as board of directors) to be based on a low value for the stock.

You have a good point. This stock has been so heavily manipulated in the past that this is a real possibility.

My only hope is that Good ultimately triumphs over Evil, and that levitation cannot be maintained forever.
