Here in AZ, many retirement communities charter busses for Mexico health trips.
Once per month for prescriptions. Another for dental or optical. Costs are much
cheaper, and some towns in Mexico cater to a specific type of care. One town for
dentists. Another for optometrists. Another for veterinary/pets.

Some people swear by the opportunity. Recommendations largely by word of mouth
and seeing results, including cost savings. Many of the facilities are new/very modern,
I hear.
