Joe,
The investor is contractually bound to come up with the cash, and has given no indication that the delivery date, the 24th , will not be met.
The Asian Market has presented challenges to the investor and RMIL, thus the delays,as well as some rewrites on the contracts.
Given the cash infusion, I see the value of RMIL stock as;
* Cash Infusion X par = $5/share, or
* P/E ( Cash Infusion) / O/S = $6/share
The squeeze appears imminent.
