I never said GRNO was a "scam", I said "trading was halted". I never even said GIFS was a 'scam', just that trading was halted. Theco. reminded me, when I called, that the investor is 'contractually bound', but the co. felt no need to get tough, because some of the stalling was from RMIL lawyers doing re-writes, and mostly, the challenges the Asian Market presented to the investor. The cash is due to arrive by the 24th. It's my understanding that the financials are completed, or nearly completed, and being readied for release. I've kept in touch w/ the co. and feel very confident, and enthusiastic, about the expansion taking place. As far as the short squeeze, we're very close to the magic number. We are waiting for the remaing certs. the only way to protect your BB investment from ILLEGAL NAKED SHORTING is to DEMAND YOUR CERTS!!!, Pugs
