Bill: "I am from the "organic food is a con," school". Normally I'm right with you on this but as I keep reading about issues with the seeds (Monsanto and others) developed to be resistant to insects, by having poisons within the seed, I think long term this may have an adverse impact on our health. So sometimes organic may not be so bad. Of course by now there may not be a true organic for many seeds. I'm skeptical on a Company with their profit motive and cost / benefit in what is best for the consumer versus what is best for the Company. Tim
