No has said there is a net increase anywhere. But you cannot create a gross increase in Uninsured, as ACA clearly did, then take credit for subsequently decreasing it as part of your success. It is misleading.



You did...


So, you credit the ACA with only the decreases in the number of uninsured but NOT for the increases in uninsured it created.


So the net is that, only two years in, the uninsured numbers are down...and would be a lot further down if REDNECK states cooperated. As the employer mandate comes to pass, and the program continues even more will have insurance thanks to the ACA.
