Thanks Spek. I was perhaps a bit subtle, my point wasn't that the income statement could not be found, but that the bank doesn't publish it on their website which is generally a huge red flag, especially in this day and age. not quite what I would call investor friendly. so, adding it up a penny stock, no liquidity, do not make full financials readily and easily available, and a message board poster insulting everyone that asks a simple question...gee didn't we all see this movie so many times over on yahoo...but I am mostly likely wrong on this one and it is all good stuff. I will be sorry I passed. take care george
