Bill, good point. Let's not forget it's a profitable company. CVIA now has NO FUNDAMENTALS, so we can't expect a rally without any solid news. Once we have earnings, the price will take care of itself IMO.

I hope you are right about 1st quarter '98, but we should remember that the actual merger (if it happens) will probably require CVIA shareholder approval, and perhaps regulatory approval. If this assumption is true, the "merged" company might not be in actual business for much, if any of the first quarter. I imagine that our hope should be directed first to CVIA's successful merger with a "real" company. If this happens, profitable quarters hopefully will follow immediately..........Rich
