Risk analysis of franklin telecom. Although I post infrequently I have contacted the company and stayed as close as always. Here is the present situation as relates to ftel as an investment. I have for a very long time suggested north of 20.The stock is at 4 how can it get from here to there and when.It can get to 20 in one of three different ways- 1-The announcement of about 1000-1200 units of the server accumulating to about 20mil in sales over the next year.A 30 pe should support that price easily.When?We have units out with many customers for evaluation periods of 45-120 days.I think some things may start to pop in a few weeks as some will have the units about 60 days by the beginning to middle of january.However let me caution that some smaller aggressive more nimble companies may jump the gun and order sooner. this would be a very positive sign and create a stampede of orders as bigger players recognizing a finite production capability may wish to jump on faster.Lets pray for that one.Time frame as soon as today more probably sometimes in jan. 2-Fnet ipo -That puts us in the statisphere with a 10 ipo and ftel owners having about 1 share for share.Time frame as soon as early mar.more probably springtime. 3-Heres the wildcard-A big equity investment by a biggie in fnet.We have mentioned these guys betore but that has made idtc and voclf 20+ stocks. When any time before march. So who is selling ftel,answer not me. I like the odds of the upside downside equation and the time frame being so soon. A friend of mine was lamenting not getting out at 10 and only prays for the day to get out at 10.WRONG.
