Just think of it as the Affordable Care for the for profit wall st. Health Insurance Conglomerates and it all makes sense. Hawaii being 90% democrat, it was probably a freudian slip, but i read an article in the Honolulu paper prior to ACA passage that actually stated something like this: "One of the benefits touted by the Obama Admin is that with high deductibles health care becomes costlier to the end user to actually see a doctor so they are more reluctant to use it thus holding costs down for the government." That was one of the posts that got me banned of all the liberal threads.
