I think Sonoma Co and Ukiah will be OK for 2 (Russian River on the chart), and Willits and the 2 small associated districts are OK at the moment. Laytonville uses ground water, which is still OK. Here's a lot of the rest of the state, but it doesn't include the Santa Clara Co. reservoirs.
