Al, What are the alternatives? I get sick of these politicians mandating stuff without counting the cost. Then when the hidden costs come into play, these politicians then propose more regulations in order to fix what they themselves have caused. Hence the alternative is to actually pay for the mandate on ER care via tax dollars. Kind of silly for hospitals to have to absorb the cost of caring for the uninsured and pass these costs onto insurers (and ironically the uninsured as well). Tenchusatsu
