To cut tot the chase, because it really get sick of responding to this childlike argument:

One cannot reasonably take Bush's fairly decent economic record and discount the entire thing because of a recession which the Democrats caused. That makes no sense to anyone.

Bush dealt with the Clinton recession, followed by 9/11, Katrina, and the financial collapse that was a direct result of Democrats economic incompetence. Still, the jobs record was decent right up until the end. Not every economic issue is always caused by the president in power. The 08 crash is an example of one that clearly was not.

This is just childishness on the parts of liberals who ought to know better.
