yes. then had another blood test six months later and her d level is still around mid 40's. she was always in seventies, 80's lean muscle work out all day running there and here. swimming, biking, yoga , t chi , walking. very strict diet, juicing greens, fish, little no meat. small meals.

the rest of her numbers were great , other than ldl. i figured it had something to do with vitamin d but google identified tests that should increase .
