Security National Financial Corp. (SNFCA) - peeled off 20% of shares @ $6.45/share

My remaining shares have a low cost basis (@ $4.44/share) which I plan to hold for 18-24 months looking for $8.00/share or higher. You still get the 5% stock dividend every December. The company is financing & building some income property in Utah that should provide some steady FCF. This is still a small micro-cap ($84mln) so there is room to grow. Their three divisions (life insurance/ real estate, cemetery & mortgage) is diversified enough to provide different revenue streams.

Stock still selling below stated BV of $7.75/share.
