Move to Restore Voting Rights to Former Convicts Could Dramatically Change Black Voting Power...gonna vote you friggers out of existence!!! And then again.........we might decide that incarceration is too expensive and cozy, and just give the chair and noose some extra work. There is no financial return from a convict to society....why spend more to rehabilitate the impossible freeloaders?
