And I have previously pointed out to you that decision was made during the Gulf War and no one was about to suggest it change in 2003.

This is a stupid argument. I've never heard anyone even CONSIDER questioning the decision for Israel to stay out of it. And the reasons are obvious to any thoughtful person. IN fact, I know absolute idiots who can understand this much.
