Bruce and Marlin:

You both may get emails from time to time from companies or individuals that recommend stocks. You email them back saying "subscribe" and you are on their mailing list, or they send you their information until you email them saying "unsubscribe". I don't recall how I got on this particular mailing list that sent me the list I posted last night, or what their rules are for the information they send out. For those that saw my post, I ended by saying something to the effect, I hope this doesn't violate any trademark or other infringements. Well, I guess that it did. The author of the email to me contacted the SI Webmistress and had my post removed. An email I received stated that even though the post appeared to be for public release, the folks that wrote it claimed it violated their "copyright" and requested it removed.

Since I don't know what all the rules are governing copywrite laws I will not repeat any of list here on SI. If you follow what Ron and others continuously told us about Due Diligence or if you follow the RMIL thread, the questions the so called nays are asking about the reliability of the company's plan, financials, letters of intent, etc. are also part of the DD individual investors should expect from a company they are considering investing in.

We could probably recreate most of what I posted by just listing what all investors should do to conduct DD on the company they are considering investing in, the brokerage company they plan on using, and the officers and principals of the company.

To anyone from the source of my email, I apologize for posting your information, I did not mean any harm or try to take credit for its content (that is why I also posted the header and footer of the message). I did read the message thoroughly and did not see any copyright notice. Next time before I post any info I receive via email I will check with the source first. (Please, everybody should also follow this advice.)

John
