Hi! Moez and all CVIA thread participants, As I have been scanning all the so called "tax loss" investment opportunities out there today, I realized what an emotional rollercoaster the general public can talk itself into ! The self fulfilling prophecies are endless! I made myself a list of Junior Speculatives Companies, and I bet if I closed my eyes and turned around in a circle quickly , and in a dizzy state blindly pointed at any one of the stocks on the list ( that are currently trading at low, almost panic levels, I'm guessing or speculating that come the end of Feb. 1998 (at the latest) that I would be happy with the purchase, if I made it today! Of course all that I am rambling on about here is strictly my own opinion, guesswork and speculative thoughts, and do not expect nor do I want anyone to even consider doing such a "silly" thing! Quite simply I am going to be " buying my brains out" on some of the junior stocks that I feel are at a distress sale level! ( I am probably taking way to much of a speculative or gambling approach, but since I haven't had the chance to go to Las Vegas for a few years, I guess I'll make this my "gambling junket" while sitting in the comfort of my own home!) Jack Arnold ( CVIA President and CEO) has already publically declared that he has previously purchased a share position in CVIA at the .40 cent range! I have been a liitle more fortunate in that my top purchase price for CVIA is .052 cents! So! If I were guessing as to which one of us was more interested in seeing CVIA make the right merger decisions, I would say that Jack Arnold probably has a much higher intensity level currently then myself ( shareholder WayneJ.). I try to keep reminding myself that I'm the spectator on the sidelines cheering on Jack Arnold's efforts ( hoping that the final score in the game is Jack Arnold 40 --- and the "Lions" 0 (ZERO!) Yes I am cheering for a "shutout!" Finally the way I see the merger unfolding is that the CVIA share price moving closer to the .40 cent range and becoming distanced from the .04 cent range, as the details begin to unfold! ( But! Just my own opinion!) I am getting anxious to know what our new company name will be, as I would like to get my gas, oil and tires serviced at " Our Company!". The only thing that I know for sure ( at least a 99% probability!) is that the end of March 1998, will come and go, whether or not we choose to be shareholders of CVIA or not! ( I think that will be an interesting time to look back and reflect on what has been, compared to what we now speculate will be?). Wishing all of you "Good Fortune" in all your plans, hopes, and aspirations for 1998! Best Regards, Wayne J.
