I don't really care one way or the other. I have expressed here many times my belief that 100% electric vehicles are the Holy Grail. But I do not believe we ought to be spending taxpayer dollars to make them happen. When the time is right they'll happen.

You meant no winger besides you. Its not your concern. In your mind, it doesn't effect you and you don't care what's done to reduce fossil emissions so long as it doesn't hurt your wallet in the least:
