I didn't speak clearly. I meant the toxicity level for Vit D is very high, meaning hard to reach, not that it is a high probability. I meant the opposite, that it is very high and not likely to trigger and negative consequences from Vit D supplementation. I have been using around 4K to 5K IUs of Vit D for a couple of years and the only thing I have noticed is a better mood and less illnesses, so I can't complain.

CoQ10 is the supplement I was concerned about and I haven't done anything in as far as supplementing for that.
