James, I ask myself the same question. Many small cap stocks have reported excellent earnings only to have the stock drop. Investors are worried and don't even want to buy these potential winners. I see many of my stocks report the great earnings that I hoped for and nothing happens. I would lilke to buy more but say to myself: "Why buy more, if the good news has no effect. Wait for the nasd to come back to some degree of sense, then buy." Multiply that sentiment by thousands ( or millions) and you understand why these good stock aren't moving.
