And what is worse that since there are more people on Medicaid, more people use the ER as their pcp because physicians can't afford to see them because Medicaid doesn't pay crap. I really don't mind paying for those who cannot help themselves. I mind like hell paying for those who can and choose not to, which is most of the uninsured who are now being subsidized on the exchanges.
