I would have done precisely the same thing. Full service restaurants are among the hardest hit businesses by Obamacare, and it is the reason they are cutting back where they can. My dad realized it in 1964 when he started getting out of full service restaurants and into fast food. Within six years he had totally eliminated the full service restaurants. It is the reason Chilis and Applebees, for example, chose this specific time to replace waitstaff with terminals on the tables. No, they're not out there bragging about it (bad for business) but that is precisely why the decision was made at this time. McDs will be transitioning to order entry terminals over the coming couple of years. Jobs, badly needed at this time, gone forever.
