Well even the Motley Fool made it on the wire today. I suspect this write up is part of the todays problem. Some more assumptions by people who don't know what is going on or state the facts improperly.

Injunction Lifted Against Zip Imitator [Correction]
The Motley Fool - December 18, 1997 13:43
IOM V%MFOOL P%TMF

December 18, 1997/FOOLWIRE/ -- Iomega Corp.
(NYSE: IOM) fell $1 7/16 to $25 1/16 after yesterday's news that a
French court had lifted its preliminary injunction against Naomi, whose
product Iomega had claimed infringed upon Iomega's intellectual
property. Furthering today's decline, Iomega announced that it has
pushed back the release date of its two gigabyte Jaz drive, which
worries those who remember some glitches with the one gigabyte
version.
