Wrong. W was a supporter, an Ally, and a Protector of the Saudis. Since he left office, their circumstance has been deteriorating in every way, and I'm fairly certain they don't expect Obama to champion their causes.

Personally, I think W should have tried to do more to influence cultural change. The Saudi government is another modern corrupt Monarchy.
