Year end tax loss selling or the first short term leaving of long term investor is more like it. Progressive increase in volume on decreasing price five days in a row. Time to run for cover ?

... today must be the third day the momentum investors are bailing out! I checked the list of institutional holders to see how ownership has changed over the past 12-18 months. There is nothing useful that I could gleen. The top CHRX institutional ivestors are first rate: American Express Financial (as of 9/97) had 9.58% of the equity; Warburg, Pincus was second with 3.76%. These are not what I would think could be called "momentum investors" so I doubt they are the sellers but who knows!!

Let the fund managers take their profits and earn their year end bonus (which is what I think is happening). At $17/share with analysts projecting $33/share next year, this might be another buying opportunity for us little guys...
