Oh Hank, again you post stuff without very much thought or checking with anyone to get the facts.

Excel is not buying back stock right now and probably won't until after the earnings are released. Excel, and all other companies, is limited in what they can do by the SEC rules that prevents certain activities, including them buying shares, around the time of material events such as acquisitions and reporting of earnings. During the "quiet period" surrounding such events, they just sit tight. They probably won't be buying back shares for a few more weeks. So now is your chance to try to drive the price down.

Any support in the price now is due to buying other than by Excel.
