I guess it was dry. What stuck with me from that winter was that my creek didn't start "flowing" in '90 until just before Xmas. "Flowing", cuz it went from nothing to frozen in one storm. First time we lost house water due to cold. Got down to 3 degrees, and the water tank was a 1200 gal. ice cube. The cold snap broke pipes all the down to San Fernando.
