Hola, Acton! Welcome back!

The paperwork for the Lite Access (LA) deal is with the Exchange so timing is out of management's hands as the paperwork goes back and forth. I expect a close in 2-6 weeks (6 weeks being at the very long range), depending on how quickly all details of the transaction are ironed out and the Exchange's analyst jobs are justified. :)

This is a great opportunity for Brisio shareholders.

Welcome back Acton! All good news here! I just added another block of 10K shares on the U.S. side today and I have more bids in slightly lower. If anyone is willing to let shares go down there I'll take them. BZI is on the threshold of a new era and I think the window is closing on share prices in the mid-teens.
