Sounds like something modern liberal Jews made up. Definitely not biblical.

Lucifer a rebellious angel cast out of heaven:

Isaiah 14: 12-15 “How you are fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! How you are cut down to the ground, you who weakened the nations! For you have said in your heart: ‘I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God; I will also sit on the mount of the congregation on the farthest sides of the north; I will ascend above the heights of the clouds, I will be like the Most High.’ Yet you shall be brought down to Sheol, to the lowest depths of the Pit.”

The accuser of mankind:

“He further showed me Joshua, the high priest, standing before the angel of the LORD, and Satan standing at his right to accuse him.” Zechariah 3:1

His subordinate rebellious angels acting against God's loyal angels (angels in Daniel called princes):

Daniel 10: 12Then he said to me, "Do not be afraid, Daniel, for from the first day that you set your heart on understanding this and on humbling yourself before your God, your words were heard, and I have come in response to your words. 13"But the prince of the kingdom of Persia was withstanding me for twenty-one days; then behold, Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me, for I had been left there with the kings of Persia.

in Judaism Satan is an agent of G-d, who provides opportunities for us to grow,
to respond to our passions and desires by producing things of value in this
world and to become stronger spiritual people.
