I watched the first night and thought it was okay, but perhaps with a bit too much energy for the 12:30 hour, with the live band and bright set. There wasn't any robot skeleton banter, and there wasn't any "Read the Tweets" segment. He sat on the left instead of the right, and there wasn't any desk between him and the guests. I prefer to have a desk between them, and I prefer it when they come out one at a time, not together.
Just "not a big fan of change", I guess.

Haven't watched Seth yet. I've got nothing against him, but he just seems so SNL. I've only watched Fallon once. Same story.
