I have often wondered how anyone could pay attention to anything coming out of media, wall street, or brokerage houses. Their record is horrible. I try to stay away from reading or listening to anything said by them. They are either incompetent or manipulating. Everytime I do give in, I see the same results shown by your link. Price is the prize to put our eye on. The rest is smoke and mirrors. Price goes up when there are more buyers than sellers, and down when there are more sellers than buyers. Guesses at reasons "why" are a waste of time. Price reflects the truth.
