Ouch! #1 doesn't sound like fun to me at all! However, I can live with #2 and #3.

Maybe EFI doesn't feel that they need to respond in a knee jerk fashion to something that really doesn't effect their day to day business. Yes the share price IS important for a number of reasons that everyone here probably knows and understands better than I... however, the markets' over-reaction does not stop them from selling or developing new products or services or whatever. As everyone is already aware EFI is sitting on a ton o'cash, so they won't need a secondary offering to raise cash. I wish they would make some sort of statement that acknowledges what has happened, but in light of the recent class action filing (see prior posts) I would expect them to be as tight lipped as ever. Just MHO... lets face it after the mind numbing loss I took on EFI this last few weeks, MHO is all I have left. :)
